The content of the guides will be written and produced with a major consideration towards the compliance position that surrounds the promotion, marketing and publication of material. However Independent Check Ltd will not take any responsibility for the Adviser’s compliance in this respect.
It will be down to the purchaser of any guide to ensure that the wording meets their compliance requirements.
Every guide will have a section where the purchaser can insert their own compliance wording.
In certain circumstances Independent Check Ltd may agree to alter or remove or add certain wording if appropriate to meet a specific compliance requirement of the purchaser, although this will be agreed on a case by case basis.
